Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the CheckIO service, whether through our web platform or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user or client company) and CheckIO. Continued use of the service after any modification implies your acceptance of such modifications.

CheckIO is an intelligent attendance control platform that allows companies to manage their employees' attendance through facial recognition, geolocation, and digital marking technologies. The service includes shift management, schedule configuration, custom reports, HR and payroll integrations, mobile app, and administrative dashboard.

Companies must create an account by providing truthful information. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

CheckIO is intended exclusively for legitimate business use. It is not permitted to use the service illegally, access without authorization, interfere with operation, or violate employee privacy rights. Companies are responsible for informing their employees and obtaining necessary consents.

Prices are specified on our website. Billing is monthly or annual. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.

All service content is property of CheckIO. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the service during your active subscription, exclusively for business purposes.

The service is provided 'as is'. CheckIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

You agree to indemnify CheckIO from any claim arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or content you provide.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. CheckIO may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to make payments, or for any other justified reason.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.

CheckIO may modify these terms at any time. Substantial modifications will be notified with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
